How Long Does It Take To Receive My Order?

Digital Bible Organizers are delivered almost instantaneously via email and download.

All other products require us to send your order to one of our manufacturing partners. Production times vary from 1 day to about 5 days. Check the listing under "SHIPPING AND PRODUCTION TIME" for the specific product you order. Note: a product with a shorter production time will ship before a product with a longer production time, even if you place the order at the same time.

How Do I Get My Digital Bible Organizer?

Once you complete the checkout process an Order Confirmation screen will appear. On that screen is a Download Now button. Simultaneously, two emails are sent to the address you provided during checkout. The first email is an order confirmation and receipt. The second email, with the Subject "Your downloads are ready" contains a link to your product. You can click on this link to download your product if you do not click on the Download Now button. If you click the Download Now button a Save As... dialog box will appear (the exact name of the box may vary depending on your operating system and device). Save the file where you can later find it. You will need to know where the file is located to load it into your PDF Annotation software.

How Do I Use My Digital Bible Organizer?

We recommend the use of a tablet, such as the Apple iPad, and a stylus (like the Apple Pencil). You also need some form of PDF annotation software (or application, as software is called on smart phone and tablets). Your software user's guide will explain how to load a PDF file into your software. However, you may also use your Organizer in printed form. All of the Organizer pages are formatted for printing as 8 1/2 x 11 inch no-margin pages.

I Want to Type Information In My Digital Bible Organizer, Will It Line Up?

While we cannot test every application or device, we can report that typing text using the GoodNotes application with the font Noteworthy-Light at size 20 lines up perfectly on all lines, dots, and grid in our Organizer.

Can I Get A Refund?

All of our products are custom made, so refunds are not routinely given. However, we want you to be completely satisfied, so if you have a problem with your order Contact Us and we can help make it right.

I Love My Organizer, Can I Share It With Someone Else?

No. Our digital products are covered by Copyright law and may not be shared with others. Believe us, your family and friends will be grateful when you share our website with them!
